Agreement to These Terms
By visiting or using Daily Faith Circle, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
About the Service
Daily Faith Circle provides access to devotional, faith-based, and educational video resources. Depending on the features available, the service may include free material, premium memberships, one-time content purchases, optional support payments, playlists, digital products, and links to recommended products sold by third parties. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when necessary.
Accounts and Registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing truthful information, protecting your login details, and all activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction; in the European Economic Area, the minimum may be 16 where required by local law.
Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds
Payments for memberships, one-time purchases, and optional support contributions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Payment details are handled according to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Memberships
Recurring memberships are billed in advance and renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges, while access generally continues through the paid period.
Optional support payments
Support payments are voluntary, do not unlock additional features, and are refundable within 14 days when requested by email with transaction details. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Other purchases
Digital purchases are normally final after access or download is provided, except where required by law or where an approved exception applies under our Refund Policy.
Price changes
Subscription prices may change. We intend to provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of subscription price increases by email or through the service.
For payment concerns, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Shop and Recommended Products
Digital products
Digital items such as e-books, guides, or downloadable files may be sold through the service. Delivery can occur immediately after successful payment, and the applicable refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.
Third-party recommendations
Some product links lead to external retailers. Those purchases are agreements between you and the retailer, and their pricing, shipping, returns, refunds, and terms apply. Daily Faith Circle does not control those transactions.
Affiliate disclosure
Daily Faith Circle may receive a commission or referral fee when you purchase through certain recommended links. This does not change the price you pay. Recommendations are not guarantees or warranties of product quality or suitability.
Acceptable Use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not share credentials to give unauthorized access to paid content, copy or redistribute protected material outside permitted use, harass or defame others, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
Intellectual Property
The videos, text, graphics, branding, software, and other materials available through Daily Faith Circle belong to Nilanka Bandara, Daily Faith Circle, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Disclaimer
The service and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Faith and devotional materials may reflect the views of their individual authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Nilanka Bandara or Daily Faith Circle.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nilanka Bandara, Daily Faith Circle, and the people or entities operating the service will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or similar non-excludable matters.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these terms as the service develops. Material updates may be announced on the service, and the “Last updated” date will be changed. Continuing to use Daily Faith Circle after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the service will be handled in the applicable state or federal courts located in Wyoming, subject to any mandatory rights you may have. Users in the EU or UK may also have mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by these terms.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase or checkout terms presented to you, form the agreement governing your use of Daily Faith Circle.
